Ingredients:
6 cups freshly brewed Coffee

4 squares (1 oz. each) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Baking Chocolate

1-1/2 cups hot milk

1 tsp. peppermint extract

8 peppermint sticks

Makes: 8 servings, 1 cup each
Directions:
POUR coffee into large saucepan. Add chocolate; cook on low heat 5 min. or until chocolate is melted, stirring occasionally.

ADD milk and extract; stir until well blended. Garnish each serving with a peppermint stick.

KITCHENS TIPS:
Moisten rim of coffee cup with wet paper towel, then dip rim in crushed peppermint candies on a sheet of wax paper. Let stand inverted on wax paper until ready to fill with coffee and serve.

Quickly dip one end of a JET-PUFFED Marshmallow in water just to moisten, then roll in crushed peppermint candies to evenly coat all sides. Add one to each filled cup just before serving.
