Directions:
PLACE cream cheese, milk, Parmesan cheese and butter in small saucepan; cook on medium-low heat until cream cheese is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring occasionally.
MEANWHILE, add vegetables and pasta to 2-1/2 quarts boiling water in large saucepan; cook 3 minutes. Drain. TOSS pasta mixture with cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese, if desired.
