Beef Teriyaki

Makes: 4 servings

Ingredients:
1 Tbsp. oil
1 lb. beef sirloin steak, cut into strips
3 cups fresh or frozen stir-fry vegetables, thawed
3/4 cup teriyaki sauce
2 cups MINUTE White Rice, cooked

Directions:
HEAT oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add meat; cook and stir 5 minutes or until cooked through. Add vegetables and sauce; cover.

SIMMER 3 to 4 minutes or until vegetables are tender-crisp, stirring frequently. Serve over rice.

KITCHENS TIPS
Creative Leftovers: Reheat any leftover rice, beef and vegetables and wrap inside large, warmed flour tortillas for a delicious hot sandwich.
