Directions:
HEAT oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add meat; cook and stir 5 minutes or until cooked through. Add vegetables and sauce; cover.
SIMMER 3 to 4 minutes or until vegetables are tender-crisp, stirring frequently. Serve over rice.
