Directions:
PREPARE cake mix as directed on package for 2 (9-inch) round cake pans. Cool.
CUT cake layers in half to form 4 semi-circles. Spread 2 cake semi-circles with raspberry jam and top with remaining 2 cake semi-circles. Position cookies, end-to-end on board to form body; join with a little whipped topping. Position cake halves, cut-side out, on either side of body to form wings; secure with additional whipped topping.
TINT remaining whipped topping as desired. Decorate body with tinted whipped topping, cereal, candies, mini cookies and licorice.

Great Substitute: For a refreshing citrus cake, use lemon cake mix and spread layers with orange marmalade.
