Fusilli with Tomatoes and Mozzarella

Ingredients:
1 large clove garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. oil
1 can (14-1/2 oz.) diced tomatoes in juice
1/4 cup dry red wine
1 Tbsp. dried basil leaves, crushed
1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves, crushed
1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
8 oz. (2-1/2 cups) fusilli pasta, cooked, drained
1 cup (4 oz.) POLLY-O Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
3 Tbsp. POLLY-O Grated Parmesan Cheese

Directions:
COOK and stir garlic in hot oil in medium saucepan 1 minute. Add tomatoes, wine, basil, oregano and pepper. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low.

SIMMER 10 to 15 minutes or until thickened, stirring occasionally.

TOSS hot pasta with mozzarella cheese; place on serving plates. Top with tomato sauce; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Great Substitute: Substitute rotelle pasta for fusilli pasta.
