Directions:
WHISK eggs and milk in medium bowl until well blended. Stir in ham, onion, salt and pepper.
MELT butter in 10-inch skillet on medium-high heat. Pour egg mixture into skillet. As egg mixture sets, lift slightly with spatula to allow uncooked portion to flow underneath. When egg mixture is set but top is still moist, place 3/4 cup cheese on half of omelet.
SLIP turner underneath egg mixture, tip skillet and gently fold omelet in half. Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup cheese.
