Directions:
COOK turkey in skillet on medium-high heat 10 minutes or until lightly browned, breaking into small pieces and stirring frequently. Add ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning; mix well.
SPREAD each lasagna noodle with about 1/2 cup turkey mixture; roll tightly. Place, seam-side down, in microwavable dish; top with tomato sauce. Cover.
MICROWAVE on HIGH 12 minutes or until thoroughly heated, rotating dish after 6 minutes.
KITCHENS TIPS
Make-Ahead: Assemble lasagna rolls as directed. Wrap tightly; freeze. When ready to serve, place in refrigerator to thaw. Place in microwavable dish; top with tomato sauce. Microwave as directed.
