Ingredients:
32 Chocolate Chip Cookies, divided
1 pkg. (2-layer size) yellow cake mix
1/2 cup Sour Cream
1/2 cup Pecans, chopped
1/2 cup BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut
1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/3 cup margarine or butter, melted
Simple Powdered Sugar Icing (optional)
Directions: CHOP 20 cookies; finely crush remaining 12 cookies. Set aside. PREPARE cake mix batter as directed on package; blend in sour cream. Stir in chopped cookies. Pour batter into greased and floured 13x9-inch baking pan. Mix chopped cookies, pecans, coconut, brown sugar and cinnamon; stir in margarine. Sprinkle over cake batter. BAKE at 350 degree F for 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center of cake comes out clean. Cool completely. Drizzle with Simple Powdered Sugar Icing if desired. Cut into squares to serve. KITCHENS TIPS Great Substitute: Substitute white cake mix for yellow cake mix.
